What is it doing ? How it works ?

This document production tool is to create and massify your documents to make it easier to communicate with your customers using most standards output on the market:

  • Scheduling

    • Exstream uses market standard’s inputs to receive incoming data of your business application to insure the proper composition of your documents

  • Conversion

    • Exstream can transform or manipulate:

      • a document in its non-textual format (e.g: a PDF file) to another native format according to the output needed

      • an incoming structure data (XML, CSV, etc.) to use it in the output documents

  • Composition

    • Exstream includes rich client editors (complex documents such as invoices) or web client (simple documents like letters) to compose the documents

  • Re-engineering

    • Exstream offers the possibility to rethink the creation and management process of documents according to the most recent standards with much more convenient tools than the old ones (like those based on Microsoft)

  • Massification

    • Exstream’s main role is to mass-produce documents. The retention module can store all documents during the day then massify them at night to manage the regrouping, sorting and bundling of documents.

  • Multi-channel distribution

    • Exstream natively manages most standard outputs (emails, physical printings, SMS) but also allows use of personalized outputs if needed

  • Archiving

    • Exstream can also be interfaced with other OpenText archiving products as well as external ones on the market
